Size guide

Get the size right the first time

Chinese brands size differently from Nike, Adidas or Asics. Two minutes with a ruler saves you a week of waiting for an exchange.

Running shoes

1. Measure your foot

Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall, heel touching the wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure in millimetres. Do both feet and use the longer one. Measure in the evening when feet are largest.

2. Find your size

Our shoes are listed in EU sizes, converted from the brands' own millimetre sizing. Use the table, then read the fit note on the product page. Racing shoes are snug by design; if you are between sizes, go up.

3. Compare with a shoe you own

Fit differs by model, not just by brand. Each product page carries a fit note based on published reviews, updated with feedback from our customers. If the shoe you race in today fits well, compare its millimetre size on the label with our table.

Conversions are approximate and vary slightly by brand. Chinese brands label shoes in mm; that number is printed inside every pair. Add about 5 mm if you have wide feet or race long distances.

Racekit tri suits

Measure chest at the widest point and waist at the narrowest, with a relaxed breath. Choose by chest first. If chest and height point to different sizes, choose the larger for long distance and the smaller for sprint.

Tri suits are compressive. A new suit should feel tight when dry; it relaxes slightly in water and after the first wash.
