Terms of sale

Scope and contract

These terms apply to all orders placed with Joller Sport («Racekit») by customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs and include import VAT, customs costs and shipping. Joller Sport is not registered for Swiss VAT, so invoices do not show VAT separately.

Delivery

Delivery times are shown per size before purchase. Items from Swiss stock ship within one working day; items shipped from the manufacturer typically arrive within 7–12 working days. If an item becomes unavailable, we inform you and refund any payment in full.

Returns

We grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days from delivery for unworn items in original packaging, as described on the shipping and returns page. Refunds are made within 5 working days of receipt, less CHF 9 for the return label unless the item is defective or exchanged. Made-to-order club kits are excluded.

Warranty

Statutory warranty of two years from delivery. We choose between repair, replacement or refund. Racekit is an independent retailer; manufacturers' own warranties may not apply to products bought from us.

Trademarks

Xtep, Li-Ning, Anta, 361° and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Racekit is not affiliated with or authorised by these brands.

Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction.

Privacy policy

We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: name, contact details, address, order details. To deliver items shipped by the manufacturer, we pass your name and delivery address to the supplier and logistics partner concerned, which may be located in China. We do not sell data or use advertising trackers. Requests for access or deletion: hello@racekit.ch.
